It was made by the company named Senshukai Japan.

This wooden animals was sold in the late 1960s as a collection called "Royal Pet" and sold one animal at a time by a monthly mail order subscription.
These dolls were inspired by Mid-Century Scandinavian modern wooden animals and handcrafted by Japanese Kokeshi craftsmen.
